MADE TO ORDER

As our items are personalised and made to order they can take up to four weeks to be completed. 

Please check all spelling as we can not refund mistakes made by you.

If you need your item as a gift urgently, please email us  and leave a order note with the date needed by.

Please be Patient on peak seasons such as Christmas, Easter, Mothers Day and Fathers Day If you need a urgent Order please message us so we can work something out. 

 

What payment methods can be used?

Paypal Layby is a payment option where you are able to place items on layby with fortnightly payments till your order is paid off !

Paypal Express Checkout For instant payments.

Visa, Mastercards and Amex and bank transfer/deposits

We Also do AFTERPAY which is a payment method not on how quickly a item can be made so please take note of this.

 

                              

 

SHIPPING POLICY

DOMESTIC

Shipping is a flat rate of $10.80 on all orders - this includes tracking so you can keep track of it and when it will arrive.

We  use Australia Post and Fastway couriers.

Please Wait 5 business days for your order to arrive once posted by australia post. 

If at any time your parcel can not be tracked by non scans by Aust post please get in contact with us so we can find where your parcel is and  put in a investigation with Aust post. Once a parcel leaves my hands it is out of our control as we put our trust in Aust Post o deliver your parcels safely and in a timely manner. If all else Fails we will help by offering a refund or remake your items for you.

 

INTERNATIONAL

International shipping is now available World Wide .parcels may take up to 4 weeks to arrive to you.  So please order in advance to get your order in time.

 

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

If you are not happy with any  of the items you can contact us and we will be happy to help you.

Refunds are not provided for change of mind or incorrect details given by you.

We will Only refund if the item is faulty which needs to be sent back to us in its orginal condition as sent , so we can check them then a full refund or a exchange of the same item will be given.

Refunds will also be given if a parcel has not arrived and a investigation is in with Aust Post to help find where you items are.

Am I able to get a Proof/Draft before You stitch it out ?

Yes Certainly if you would like this done please let us know by sending an email or writing it in the notes section.

If no note is provided we will continue making your order to how we feel is best we may be in contact if we need more information regarding your order.
